SMS messaging terms and conditions for AccessPoint Care clients and employees.

AccessPoint Care LLC (“AccessPoint Care”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) uses SMS messaging solely for conversational customer care and employee communication. We do not use SMS for marketing or promotional purposes.
How We Use SMS
Our SMS communications are limited to:
- Client care coordination — Scheduling, service updates, and care-related information for clients and their families
- Employee communication — Shift updates, operational matters, and work-related coordination for our caregivers and staff
How Consent Is Collected
Consent to receive SMS messages is collected verbally during the client or employee onboarding process. Consent is not collected through website forms. By providing your phone number and agreeing to receive texts during onboarding, you consent to receive text messages from AccessPoint Care LLC.
SMS Disclosures
- By consenting, you agree to receive text messages from AccessPoint Care LLC at 479-223-6700 regarding care coordination, scheduling, service updates, and operational communications.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase or employment.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- You may reply STOP at any time to opt out of receiving text messages.
- You may reply HELP for assistance.
- Mobile opt-in and consent data are never shared with third parties for any purpose.
